12 med flour tortillas
1 whole chicken. Boiled and shredded.
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 lb shredded monterey jack cheese
1 small can diced chilies
1 pint sour cream
6 green onions w/ tops chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, onions, sour cream, chilies, and most of cheese. Set 1 1/2 cup of mixture aside. Add chicken to the mixture. Roll chicken up in tortillas and place tightly together in a greased 9 X 13 in pan. Cover tortillas with reserved sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Grandma adopted some really great Mexican dishes when she moved from Iowa to California. This is one of our family favorites. You can make it a day ahead and refrigerate. A little salsa or hot sauce on the top adds extra spice. Freezes well after baking and is a good dish for those times you want to drop off a meal to someone. We serve it with fresh avacados sprinkled with lime juice or chips and salsa.
