2 CUPS WATER or broth
2 LARGE OR 3 MEDIUM ORGANIC CARROTS (JULIENNED OR DICED)
*May also use bagged ready to use shredded carrots
2 HANDFULLS OF FROZEN PETIT PEAS PREFERABLY, BUT REGULAR SIZE OK TOO.
112.5 OZ CANS KIRKLAND PREMIUM CHUNK CHICKEN BREAST

PLACE QUINOA, & WATER IN POT
ADD CARROTS TO POT, DO NOT STIR, SPREAD EVENLY OVER TOP
THEN ADD PEAS ON TOP OF CARROTS AND SPREAD EVENLY.
COOK TIME ACCORDING TO QUINOA DIRECTIONS
LEAVE COVERED FOR 5 MINUTES AFTER COOKING THEN REMOVE LID FROM POT AND LET COOL COMPLETELY
PLACE MEAT WITH ITS LIQUID IN A LARGE BOWL, BREAK UP THE CHUNKS WITH A FORK, ADD QUINOA BLEND WHEN COOL, AND MIX WELL.
REFRIGERATE, USE WITHIN 4 DAYS.
