2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. and extra 1/2 cup if needed
6 tbs unsalted cold butter cut to a small chunks
3 tsp powder sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup pecan diced
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberry or any fruit chopped small.
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg.

Sift the flour with the dry ingredients add it In the food pressers with butter and give it a few blend and should look like coarse crumbs. Add the lemon zest and blended for a few turns, take the dough out the food pressers to a mixing bowl make a well in the center and whisk the egg with heavy cream and mix to combine add the blueberries and the pecan, Fold everything together to incorporate, do not overwork the dough add flour if still sticky.
Know use some flour on a flat surfs to spared the dough and leave it 1 1/2 thick and cut it to squares then cut diagonal to give it the triangle shape.
place the scones on a cookie sheet and brush the tops with heavy cream .
preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake about 15 to 20 minutes. And let the scones to cool.
