Ingredients:  
8 pork tenderloin patties, pounded and scored
cup flour
1 tsp salt
tsp garlic
tsp pepper
2 - 3 Tbsp hot shortening or oil

Wine Sauce:
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
tsp coarsely ground black pepper
cup dry white wine.

Directions:
Directions:
Wine Sauce: blend soup, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and wine. Set aside.

Dredge tenderloin in flour and seasoning mixture. Brown patties in shortening; drain excess fat. Add sauce to patties and simmer over low heat 45 minutes or until meat is tender 4 servings
