1 small cabbage
1 medium onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 oz. Velveeta
1 stick margarine
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage and onion in slightly salted water until fork tender. Drain. Place soup and cheese in a microwave safe dish until melted approximately 2 minutes. Combine with cabbage and onion. Melt margarine and crushed crackers.
Spread on cabbage. Heat at 350 degrees until casserole is bubbly and crackers are brown.
