2 lbs pizza dough
1 large can marzano tomatoes
1 lb mozarella cheese
6-8 oz romano cheese

Options for toppings:
sausage
anchovy
green pepper
onion
mushrooms
Directions:
Directions:
1. Wipe olive oil into a 2 inch deep roasting pan
2. Push dough out to cover
3. Squeeze juice from tomatoes and distribute over dough
4. Salt, pepper and oregano
5. Add toppings
6. Add mozzarella cheese
7. Sprinkle with romano

Bake 425º for 30 minutes
