1 qt strawberries
1 c water
1 c sugar
1-2 tsp corn starch
1 Tbsp red food coloring
4 Tbsp strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain 1 quart strawberries and set aside. Boil water, sugar, and starch until clear and thick. Remove from heat and add food coloring and jello. Stir until dissolved. Cool mixture. Pour filling over fresh strawberries which have been placed in baked pie shell. Refrigerate until set. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Enjoyed the St Louis Cardinal baseball game on Sat June 2, 2018 with 15 Stuckey family members! The Cardinals beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 3-2! It was a great game!
