Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1½ pounds Ground Beef
¾ cup fresh Bread Crumbs
½ cup Chili Sauce
1 Egg
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 cup fresh sliced Mushrooms
2 Tbsp. minced Onion
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 cup Beef Broth
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In a large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, chili sauce, egg, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape into an 8"x4" loaf pan or shape onto a cookie sheet.

Bake for 1 hour, or until done (160º). Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

While meatloaf is resting, prepare gravy.

In a medium saucepan, melt better over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook and stir until tender. Add beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine water and cornstarch in a small cup, stir into broth. Cook and stir for 1 minute, or until thickened.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Since I am not a big fan of the tomato version, I am glad to have this one. Actually, I like the tomato one ... it's my body that doesn't care for the tomato one. Lol! I usually put it onto a cookie sheet and make it the length and thickness that I like. This makes for a great "meatloaf" sandwich for the next day!
