Ingredients: 1 pkg cherry gelatin ¾ cup boiling water ¾ cup pear juice 2 - 1lb cans of pears drained maraschino cherries
Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water. Add ¾ cup pear juice. Chill until partially set. Pour a layer about ½ inch thick in bottom of 2 quart mold and chill until almost firm. Put a cherry in center of each pear and place cherry side down in mold. Pour remaining cherry gelatin on top and chill until firm.

Directions:1 pkg lemon gelatin ¾ cup boiling water ¾ cup cold water 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened) ½ tsp salt 1 tbs cream 1 cup whipped cream
Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water and add cold water. Chill until partially thick. Beat cheese, salt and cream with electric mixter until light and fluffy. Beat in lemon gelatin. Fold whipped cream. Pour over first layer and chill until firm.
1 pkg lime gelatin ¾ cup boiling water ¾ cup pineapple juice 1 #2 can crushed pineapple (drained)
Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water. Add ¾ cup pineapple juice. Chill until partially thickened. Fold in crushed pineapple. Pour over second layer. Chill overnight. |
