1 lg egg yolk, pasteurized in shell
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp sea salt
1 pak truvia
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 to 1c light olive oil or vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, combine egg yolk, mustard, salt, sweetener on high 30 seconds. Add lemon juice & blend again. In a slow steady stream, with blender running, slowly add oil until emulsion will hold no more oil and mayonnaise is firm enough to stand on its own.
