1 lb baby dutch yellow potatoes
8 mini corn on the cobbs
12 oz smoked andouille sausage, thinly sliced
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook potatoes until barely tender (about 10 minutes) then add corn and boil for another 5 minutes. In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic and Old Bay Seasoning. Place corn, sausage, shrimp and potatoes in a single layer on the oiled baking sheet. Pour butter mixture on top and toss to combine. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp are done and corn is tender. Serve immediately with freshly squeezed lemon on top.

Serve with daddy’s delicious comeback sauce! You’ll have to ask him how to make that, but he probably won’t tell you because then you wouldn’t have to come back!
