11 oz cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can shrimp, rinsed & drained
1 large stalk celery
1 large green onion
1 envelope Knox gelatin
3 tbsp water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese
Mix gelatin & cold water in small bowl
Heat mushroom soup in small sauce pan
Add gelatin mixture
Stir & heat on low 10 minutes

In large bowl:

Mix cream cheese and mayo
Finely dice celery & green onion; add to cream cheese mixture
Gently stir in shrimp
Gently stir in soup mixture

Pour into oiled (Pam spray) molds (2 small or one large)
Set in fridge for several hours or overnight
Dip bottom and sides of mold into warm water
Flip mold over onto platter, lined with red leaf lettuce for pleasing display
Serve with crackers (We like Wheat Thins with this)

My father, Norm Kelch, looked forward to this every Christmas. I use a Christmas tree shaped metal pan for the mold. I have also used a tupperware-type jello ring mold which looks very pretty. Serve with small, mild-flavored crackers so as not to distract from this rich, delicious mouthful!
