Ingredients:  
For coffee cake
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
11/2c.flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. milk
Add 2 cups fresh fruit- blueberries, raspberries, peaches or a combo of strawberries and rhubarb.

For Crumb Topping
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 c. pea size pieces of cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except the fruit with a stand mixer. (This is a stiff batter)
Add fruit and fold in by hand.

Top with crumb topping.

Bake in a springform pan at 350 degree ove. for 45 Min.

Let cool. Remove springform and cut in wedges to serve.
