1/3 c canned salmon, drained, skin and round bones removed, flaked
2 T finely chopped red pepper
1 T salad dressing or mayonaise
1 T finely chopped green onion
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper
Croisant, split

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salmon salad ingredients in small bowl. Makes about cup. Spread on croisant.
