1 (16 oz) pkg fettuccine noodles
1 egg
¼ lb butter
1 c cream
2/3 c Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package; drain and rinse with cold water. In the pan you used for the noodles, beat egg; add cream, melted butter and 1/3 cup of the cheese. Stir sauce til smooth. Add noodles to sauce; toss well. Add remaining cheese as you toss.
