A loaf of french bread slice
Lightly oil and garlic powder bread on both sides. Put into over to brown on both sides (350º and watch closely),

In a bowl:
Plum tomatoes - seeded
green onions dicede
flat parsley
salt & pepper
little olive oil

Directions:

Mix the tomatoe mixture well and spoon onto the toasted bread.
