2 pkgs. King Kold Cheese Blintzes (defrosted)
¼ lb butter
4 eggs well beaten
1½ cups sour cream
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs orange juice (optional)* I don't add this
Directions:
Directions:
Melt ¼ lb butter in a 2 quart casserole and place the blintzes over butter in one layer.

Blend the other ingredients with well beaten eggs and pour over the blintzses.

Bake 45 minutes in 350º oven or until top starts to brown.

Serve with powdered sugar, strawberries, raspberries or sour cream.
