Place C clean washed wheat in a qt. jar and cover with 4 C warm water. Soak for about 12 hrs.
Drain off water and drink it (it contains water soluble vitamins & minerals)
Rinse the wheat, drain and put the bottle in a cupboard where it is dark and warm.
Gently sprinkle a little water over grain 2 or 3 times a day (depending on temp. & humidity) No need for bottle ventilation, you can secure a piece of nylon stocking or net to the jar opening if desired. Sprouts are ready to sprout when sprout is as long as a kernel about " long. Takes about 48 hrs. depending on conditions
