1 cup salt or 1 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 cups water
Food coloring
1 ½ tsp. peppermint
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook at 350° for 10 minutes
