1 16 oz box Velveeta Cheese
2 teaspoons paprika
1 15 oz can Hormel Chile (No Beans)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
4 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the Velveeta into cubes. Combine the cheese with the remaining ingredients
in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until cheese melts, then
reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
