9 cups flour
1/3 cup baking powder
1 ½ cup dry milk solids
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp, cream of tartar
¼ cup sugar
1 lb. (2 cups) vegetable shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together baking powder, salt cream of tartar, dry milk and sugar into unsifted flour. Then sift together,
cut in shortening until mix looks like cornmeal.
Store at cool room temp.
