3 - 4 Egg Whites
2 lbs. Powdered Sugar
water to thin
¼ tsp. Almond Flavoring
½ tsp. Clear Vanilla
½ tsp. Butter Flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, adding in powdered sugar. Thin with a little water. Add flavorings. Divide frosting into bowls and tint with food coloring.

Unused frosting will keep for a few days if covered and refrigerated.

Variations: You can flavor this with pure orange extract and a little zest. (Omit other flavorings)
