4 firm bananas, green tip
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup sweet butter
1/4 cup pecan pieces
dash cinnamon
1/3 cup orange liqueur
Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat butter and sugar until butter melts.
2. Add orange liqueur and dash of cinnamon, simmer until sauce thickens.
3. Peel bananas and cut in half, then again in half lengthwise. Place in sauce for 1-2 minutes.
4. Place 1 or 2 slices of banana on small 6 inch plate. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with
sauce and pecan pieces. Top with whipped topping and a maraschino cherry.
