1 lb ground beef
½ c chopped celery
½ onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
¾ c crushed Ritz crackers
½ can water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, celery, salt and pepper, onion, and crackers; shape into patties; brown both sides. Place in baking dish, pour the soup which has been mixed with water, over the top of the patties. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. (I often substitute milk for water for richer flavor.)
