Ingredients:
1/2 cube butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Turn oven on 400º to preheat. While preheating place butter in a non stick fry pan and place in the oven. Put eggs (use extra large or jumbo size or use more eggs) , milk, salt and flour into a mixing bowl. Whisk till blended. There may be lumps of flour in the batter. That is the way it should be. If you beat till smooth, the pancake will not thicken and bake up the sides of pan, but be flat. You do not want that.
Pour mixture into hot pan which now should have melted butter in the bottom. Bake for about 20 minutes. The sides will rise and begin browning. Then it is done. Serve with syrup or powdered sugar or spiced apples.
