2 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar (honey, agave, or other sweetener may be used)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp instant yeast
1 1/2 cup flour
3 cups additional flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together in a mixing bowl with dough hooks. Let sit for 20 minutes. Add about 3 cups additional flour until dough separates from the side of the bowl and cleans the bowl. Knead with mixer 5 minutes.
Let rise until double in size.

Punch down. Pinch off a golf ball size dough ball and flatten into a 6 inch circle on oiled surface. Put pizza sauce, and various toppings in the center of your circle. Add a tbsp of mozzarella cheese. Pull up for sides together to the middle like a knap sack, and pinch edges together to seal. Place pinch side face down on baking tray.

Bake 450º for 15 minutes, until golden brown on top.


You may also, use for dinner rolls. Makes 24 in a 9 x 13 pan
