1 devils food cake (follow box directions to make)
1 can condensed milk
Caramel syrup
Toffee bits
16 oz cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake once it comes out of the oven cut the cake into small squares and pour the condensed milk over it to cool. Once it’s cooled
layer cake, cool whip, caramel and toffee. Repeat layers until dish is full.
