1 cup raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 T butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt in a 1 1/2 quart glass bowl. Microwave 7 minutes, stirring well after 4 minutes. Add butter and stir well. Microwave 2- 3 minutes more until peanuts are a golden
brown. Check after 2 minutes and watch closely, as each microwave is different. Add baking soda and vanilla stirring gently until light and foamy. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet and let cool. Crack into pieces and store in a airtight container.
