Hearty Minestrone Soup Recipe

2 pounds Hamburger
2 T salt
1 cup diced celery
1 green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 quart tomatoes (diced)
1 quart water
2 cups diced carrots
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
1 T parsley
1/2 tsp ground basil
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
15 oz garbanzo beans (drained)
15 oz green beans ( drained)
15 oz kidney beans (drained)
15 oz mostaccioli noodles

Brown the ground beef. Add the salt, celery, green pepper, and onion and saute.

Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the vegetables and noodles are done.

May add a little Italian seasoning.
