1 broiler chicken, quartered
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
⅓ cup Sabra
⅓ cup orange juice
2 cups water
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup farfel or rice
1 cup green peas
1 cup fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish. Combine onion soup mix, Sabra and orange juice; pour over chicken and marinate for 2 hours. Cover and bake in a 350º oven for 2½ hrs, basting occasionally. Uncover the last half hour of baking time. Toward the end of the cooking time, bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add salt and farfel or rice. Simmer until liquid is almost evaporated. Add peas and mushrooms and continue cooking until all liquid is absorbed. Place rice or farfel mixture on a serving platter. Arrange Sabra Chicken over all. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken.
