1 Large package Oreo cookies
1 large Cool Whip
8 oz. package of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup powder sugar
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Crumb up pkg. of Oreo cookies.
Put 1/3 of cookie crumbs in the bottom of a 13x9" pan

Mix together cream cheese, butter and powder sugar.
Then creamed together, stir in the cool whip

In another bowl mix together pudding and milk.
Combine cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture.
Mix well
Add 1/3 of cookie crumbs to mixture
Pour over cookies on pan.
Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs on the top
