1lb. box of Elbow Macaroni
1 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. Sugar
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
1 medium-large pepper, Diced
1 Onion, Diced
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed on box and drain in a colander. To avoid sticky macaroni, rinse under cold water, in colander, after draining

In a large mixing bowl, combine macaroni, pepper (any color), and onion.

In a separate bowl, mix sugar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Stir well and add to macaroni mixture.

About 1/2 hour before serving, add cheddar cheese to the macaroni salad.
