Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box wheat saltine crackers
1 cup canola oil
2T. crushed red peppers
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put all four sleeves of the crackers in a bowl that has a lid that will seal. Mix last 4 ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the crackers and mix until all crackers are covered and there looks like all the oil has been absorbed into the crackers.

Personal Notes:
I usually put the lid on and turn the bowl over several times to mix. No baking is necessary, the crackers are crispy and have a spicy kick to them. You can serve with any kind of dip, spread, cheese ball or just by themselves. They will keep for a pretty good while as long as you keep them in a closed container.
