1 lb hot sausage
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 Tablespoon red pepper
1 box Bisquick (appox 3 cups)
3 to 4 Tablespoons water as needed to combine

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage in skillet stirring until crumbly and browned. Combine sausage, cheese, pepper and bisquick Use a little water s needed to combine the ingredients.. Form into small balls and bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees about 20 minutes. CVan be made ahead and frozen till needed.
