1½ pounds frozen chicken breast
8 oz. cream cheese
½ tsp. cumin
2 tsp. salt
3 c. chicken broth
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. pepper
10 oz. diced tomatoes with green chilies
1-4.5 oz. can green chiles
*shredded Mexican cheese, sliced avocado, and sour cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pressure cooker with cooking spray. Place frozen chicken into the pressure cooker. Add all other ingredients except anything that is for garnish, adding cream cheese last.
Cook at high pressure for 15 minutes then NPR 15 minutes and QR any additional pressure.
Remove lid and carefully remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to pot and stir all ingredients together.
Serve with any of the garnishes or any of your favorites.
