2 (16oz) pkg. chocolate flavored candy coating
3 T. vegetable shortening
1 1/2 c. chopped almonds, divided
1 1/2 c. brickle bits (toffee)

Directions:
Line a rimmed 15x10 in. baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. In a large microwave safe bowl combine candy coating and shortening. Microwave on High in 30 sec. intervals stirring between each until melted and smooth (about 1 1/2 mins. total). Stir in 1 cup each almonds and brickle bits (toffee) Pour mixture onto prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup each almonds and brickle bits (toffee). Let stand for 1 hour until chocolate is set. Break into pieces. Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
