2 bunches (16-20 oz) Broccolini
1/2 lb. asparagus
4 to 5 oz. sugar snap peas
1 1/2 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves finely minced
2 tsp. fresh ginger root grated
2 tsp. orange zest finely minced
1/3 c. orange juice

In a large pot, boil 5 qts. of water. While it boils, place ice water in a large bowl. Trim asparagus and sugar snap peas. Trim 1/2" off broccolini stems. Cut asparagus and broccolinis into roughly 2" pieces. Once water boils add all three vegetables and cook for about 2 to 2 1/2 mins. Stirring contstantly. Add orange juice and stir for a minute or longer. Drain vegetables and add to skillet. Tossing lightly and cooking only until the vegetables are hot but still bright green, almost 2-3 minutes.
