Number One The Original Thai Iced Tea Mix can be purchased online or at Asian markets
OR 1 ounces (just shy of 2/3 cup) Thai tea leaves, or black tea leaves
2 quarts boiling water
cup half and half
cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl or sauce pan, combine dry tea leaves with the boiling water and let steep 30 minutes.

Strain through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheese cloth and refrigerate the brewed tea until chilled.

Combine the half and half with the sweetened condensed milk.

To serve, fill iced tea glasses half way with ice and fill chilled tea to of the glass. Top with the cream mixture and stir.
