1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. butter, softened
2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease muffin cups generously. I use Bakers Joy. Grease them well or they will stick. In medium bowl stir together brown sugar, flour and pecans. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and eggs together. Stir in dry ingredients just until combined.
Spoon batter into paper muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 15-17 mins. Run a knife around the edge of each muffin and pop it out.

My daughter Lindy made these for my birthday and she sent 5 home with me. I had eaten all 5 by lunch time the next day. Delicious.
