3 c. chopped granny smith apples
1 c. chopped black walnuts
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix dry ingredients with oil and eggs. Add apples and nuts. Bake in sheet pan for a FULL 60 minutes.
