2/3 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2T. coconut sugar
1tsp ground ginger
1tsp Cinnamon
1tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp Cardamon
1/4tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup blackstrap Molasses
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 ginger (freshly grated)
1/4 cup almond butter
1tsp vanilla

Preheat the oven to 350*. Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in a large bowl, mix smooth. Stir the dry ingredients into the large bowl with wet ingredient mixture. Chill the dough for 15 minutes or until firm. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, flatten with a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes, let cool on a baking rack.
