4-6 Pork chops (or chicken)
Salt & Pepper
1 pkg Stove Top dressing, made as directed
1 can cream soup
1/4 c. milk

Broccoli, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Season and brown pork chops.
Place in a baking dish with broccoli..
Top with pre-made Stove Top.
Cover with any cream soup.
Bake 350' until chops are done 30-45 minutes.

Living alone I cube 2 boneless, thick Costco chops in an 8x8" pan. It fits in my toaster oven.
Easier to reheat leftovers and stretches the meat!

Denise, when we are lazy, I don't always brown the meat. LOL

I've never tried beef in this dish.
