1 head cabbage
1 med. onion diced finely

Dressing:
1 c. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 T. celery seed
1 T. mustard

Dressing:
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.

Slaw:
Chop head of cabbage and mix with onions. Poor dressing over cabbage and onions while hot. Put in bowl and refrigerate overnight. This will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
