6 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1qt milk
1tsp vanilla
2cups cooked rice
raisins
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add in sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and rice. Add raisins last and sprinkle nutmeg on top for garnish. Bake at 325* for an hour and 25 minutes in a pan of water until knife pulls out clean!
