Ingredients:  
1c. margarine
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp salt
5 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, brown sugar, eggs and molasses. Blend in the flour baking soda, salt and ginger.
Refrigerate overnight and roll out and cut. Bake 350* for 10-12 minutes for average size cookies. 350* for 7 minutes for small size cookies.
