Line 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers.

2-3 oz instant vanilla pudding
3 ½ c milk,
Beat together & fold in 8 oz cool whip.

Pour over graham crackers & top with more graham crackers.

Melt together:
2 sq semi sweet chocolate
2 TB butter

Remove from heat & add:
1 tsp corn syrup
3 TB milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ c powdered sugar

Mix and spread over 2nd graham cracker layer.
