2 cups sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
1tsp baking soda
1 cup sour milk
3-4 cup cut up rhubarb

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and shortening. add egg and vanilla and mix well. Mix in alternately the flour, baking soda, and sour milk. Add the rhubarb to mixture and put in a 9x13 pan. Top with the sugar and cinnamon and bake at 350* for 50 minutes.
