1 pkg crescent rolls
1 1/2 lb cooked and drained hamburger
1/4-1/2 c. water
1 pk. taco seasoning
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed fritos
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Pat crescent rolls on bottom and sides of 8" square casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 of crushed fritos. Cook hamburger, onions, and drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer until dry. Pour mixture over fritos. Spread sour cream on top of meat mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese then add remaining fritos. Bake for 20 minutes or until crescent rolls are brown on the bottom.

When I was a kid this was always my favorite when Mom would make this. I still love it and it is still better when Mom makes it.
