1 can whole kernel corn- undrained
1 can cream style corn
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spray a casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray. Pour corn mixture into dish. Bake at 350º for about 40 min. During last 5 mins of cooking time cover top of casserole with shredded mild cheddar cheese and serve hot.
