1 stick of butter
1 onion chopped
3-4 cubed and boiled potatoes
4 cans cream potato
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 box chicken broth
8 oz Velveeta
8 oz sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion in butter, add all ingredients except Velveeta and sour cream. Once hot and bubbling, add cubed Velveeta and sour cream. Season with pepper as needed.
